Stories/Valiation/Apologies
I haven't been getting my alerts to let me know when new fics have been posted, annoyingly, so when I logged on there were about a dozen chapters that needed validation.

Momentarily, I've set the archive to accept all submissions, but what I'd really like is for someone to act as an admin/moderator on this site. To be honest, the magic of the Boosh has mostly gone for me, and I think it would be nice to have someone in charge of this site who really loves the fandom.

Archive: Read Only Mode
The archive is in read only mode at the moment, due to an upgrade. I'm trying to update the software from version 2 to version 3. If you are able to upload a story, please don't. The upgrade shouldn't take too long, so please be patient and do not edit anything or the changes to your fics or profiles will be lost.

Issues/Problems
The archive was down today for maintenance. I was attempting to upgrade the archive script from Version 2.0.7 to version 3.2.1. I basically failed, and my database back-up got corrupted too, so I had to use the back-up I made in January.

What does that mean? Well, it means that if you signed up after January, if you posted fic after January... basically, anything done since 20 January 2007, has been lost. My apologies.

The files of the stories are still there, but not the details. I'm not sure entirely how to rectify this. I'm very down about it. *cries*

On the up side, I have posted a very extensive FAQ, and it now covers a lot of problems that I keep getting emails about. Also, the missing stuff from the past few months won’t actually generate any errors, so if you are running into problems, the FAQ should be able to help.

Archive Maintenance
Just so you guys know, I've done a bit of work on the archive, and the outcome might be that your fics have changed their details a little - most notably that the characters are wrongly assigned.

If you find this, please could you correct it for me? It was an unfortunate side-effect to cleaning up the archive.

New Skin
We have a new skin here, called "BSH", and I suggest that, if you like it, you change to it, since it's the newest and most functional of all of the skins we have. It matches the layout of the rest of the site.

The Archive
I've finally given in and decided to use an automated archive to maintain the fic. If you want to take control of your account, email me and I can send a password out to you. Since most of you didn't give me an email address, I have used yourusername@livejournal.com - so if this is not correct, make sure you let me know. - This only applies if your work is already archived here. If you are not already archived, all you have to do is register at the site
